What we collect, what we deliberately don't, and the two buttons in the game's settings that let you take your data out or delete it entirely. This policy covers both this site and the game at game.magnateworld.space.

Data we collect
- Your account: the email address you register with, your password (stored only as a hash — we cannot read it), and the language you chose. The email is used to verify the account, reset the password, and nothing else.
- Your game: the lives you play are saved to your account, so you can continue from another device. They contain game state — invented people, invented companies — and nothing about you.
- Server logs: like almost every server on the internet, ours keeps short-lived operational logs that include IP addresses. This site's access logs are deleted after 30 days.
What we deliberately don't do
- No third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Visits to this site are counted from our own server logs, on our own server.
- No advertising, and therefore no advertising trackers.
- No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
Your rights
Both of these are buttons in the game's settings, not support tickets:
- Export my data gives you a copy of what your account holds.
- Delete my account removes the account and its lives. Deleted means deleted; backups rotate out on their own schedule shortly after.

Children
The game's content is suitable for all ages by design: failure, bankruptcy and debt are in it; gambling, alcohol, drugs, sex and violence are not. Creating an account requires a working email address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the change lands on this page with a new effective date. We do not retroactively widen what we collect.
